Email order: Please email your contact details, size and colour required. We will respond as soon as we receive your order.

Credit Card: We accept Visa or Mastercard payments via our secure online shop.

Bank Transfer: Choose this option when you buy via our secure online shop and we will supply you with our bank details.

Delivery
New Zealand: Deliveries within New Zealand are brought to you by courier. Please ensure the address is correct and that it is not a PO Box or Private Bag address or we will be unable to deliver. Please allow 3-5 working days of the order being placed and payment confirmed.

NZ$6 including postage & handling (1 T-shirt)
NZ $9 including postage & handling (2-3 T-shirts)
Please contact us if you are ordering larger quantities

International: All deliveries outside NZ are by Airmail. Purchases should be received within 6-12 working days of the order being placed and payment confirmed. Insurance up to $250 has been included in your postage payment for international deliveries, however if you wish to include a track and trace option, please contact us directly.

Please note that any duties or taxes incurred on the item are your responsibility – Vanhawken Apparel Ltd cannot be liable for payment of these.

Postage costs
Australia: NZ$15 including postage & handling (1-2 T-shirts - for larger orders please contact us directly).

Rest of the world: NZ$25 including postage & handling (1-2 T-shirts - for larger orders please contact us directly).

Please contact us if you have not received your vanhawken purchases within the quoted timeframe, and ensure you have your order number handy.

Returns policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Vanhawken, simply return the product to us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase in full. Just indicate the reason for your return, package securely and courier it in its original condition (i.e. original packaging and not stained, washed or damaged) to:

Please note that we will only refund the freight costs incurred by returning the parcel to us if the T-shirt is found to be faulty in some way. If you order the incorrect size, you will incur return postage costs. We are not obligated to refund or exchange items if the consumer has changed their mind about the purchase.
